1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, We do not accept returns on any baked goods once they have been delivered. Additionally, returns are not accepted once the product has been shipped. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve it.
2. Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged due to transit or packaging issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. To process a refund or replacement, we will need:
- A photo of the damaged product and packaging

- A description of the issue
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will ensure the correct items are sent to you, or we will issue a refund if the products are unavailable.
